Deposits & Payment

50% of service is required to be paid at booking time, this is a non-refundable deposit and will go towards your total. Remaining balance due in cash or Zelle.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give notice of any cancellations and reschedules at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a lost deposit.

A grace period of 15 minutes is allocated for every appointment. Over 15 minutes will result in a $10 late fee, cancellation, or simpler service/design.

Extra

All services are non-refundable; fixes for cracks, chipping or breaks are free up to 5 days after your appointment.

Foreign removals and fills are not provided. If you are a new client, please come with bare healthy nails or you will be rescheduled and lose your deposit.

Please provide an inspiration picture of your desired design at least 4 days prior to your appointment.

I kindly ask that no additional guest arrive with you to your appointment.

During your appointment

To ensure the best results and quality of your service please note that the arm rest is designed to support your arms, not hands. Allow for your hands to fully hang off the edge and straight forward as this allows for full control.

Please be wary about constant and sudden movements as this can impact application and design work or lead to injury. *
